SHIPPING
Can you give me some info about your shipping process?
As of now I only ship within the United States. In the near future I will be expanding my shipping territory.
Once I receive your order and the payment clears I will package it with love and care. I ship through USPS with first class mail or priority . (unless you prefer a different manner of shipment, just contact me first before ordering) You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.
So... USPS isn’t required to scan all First-Class and Priority shipments upon arrival at each destination, which means the tracking info can be fairly unreliable. Contacting the local carrier directly is often the easiest and quickest way to obtain tracking updates for your package, along with updates for late deliveries and miss-deliveries. If you’re still waiting for your package, please feel free to contact me and I'll do my best to help provide an update.
How will my items be packaged?
I love adding special touches to the wrapping so it is like opening a gift!
- 11”x14” prints are shipped flat in a protective clear sleeve and a stiff backing board
- Greeting Cards and their envelopes will be sent in either a larger white envelope or a small box.
- Original art is wrapped and padded and packaged in a box
How much do you charge for shipping?
As of now all standard shipping is complementary!
Express delivery on request. Additional fees may apply
PLEASE make sure your PayPal or shipping address is correct before purchasing, so your order goes to your correct address!!!
MISSING SHIPMENTS: If in the rare case your order ends up missing, I am very happy to send you a replacement if the item is still in stock. However, if it the package is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, I'm sorry to say that I am not responsible. Please make sure the address you provide is accurate and able to safely & securely receive shipments if you are not at home.
What are my payment options?
You may pay via Paypal and all major credit cards.
What if there is a problem or want to return my order?
No returns are offered for Digital downloads due to the nature of the product.
If for any reason (big or small) you are unhappy or if there is a problem with your order please contact me within 7 days from receiving your package and we will discuss a solution.
Seconds and Sale items
Only regular priced, first quality items may be refunded. Sale items and seconds are final sale only and no returns are offered.
