Any damages must be reported to hello@gocarrgo.com within one week of receipt of order.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations not made within 24 hours incur a 15% restocking fee.
No Back orders.
All Go Carr Go products must be sold in the original packaging .
Wholesale accounts with Go Carr Go are for brick and mortar shops only.
Go Carr Go prohibits retailers from selling products on third party sites such as Etsy, Amazon, and eBay. Doing so will result in account termination. Go Carr Go also prohibits retailers from reselling product on any wholesale site.
